cuttlefish (Classifier: 隻／只)

动物名。软体动物门头足纲十腕类。外形可分为头和躯干两部分。头部有大眼一对，并有十腕列生于口的边缘，上有吸盘，其中两条捕食用的触腕特别长。身体椭圆形而扁平，背上有浓澹不均的黑斑，体内有石灰质内壳，及墨囊各一，能喷出墨汁御敌。可藉背端的三角鳍或位于头部的漏斗状水管所产生的喷力，急速移动。喜食贝类、甲壳类和鱼类。
