植物名。繖形科塘蒿屬，一年生或二年生草本。羽狀複葉，邊緣有疏鋸齒，總葉柄多出自根際，具長柄，柔脆易折。莖多分枝，短柄。夏秋開綠白色花，果實為雙懸果。嫩葉及莖可供食用。原產於歐洲，我國各地均有栽培。
