形容非常悲憤或害怕。《三國演義．第三七回》：「竊念備漢朝苗裔，濫叨名爵，伏睹朝廷陵替，綱紀崩摧，群雄亂國，惡黨欺君，備心膽俱裂。」《西湖佳話．岳墳忠跡》：「人人見了心膽俱裂，殺得金兵四散五落。」也作「心膽俱碎」。
