  1. 愚弄他人，藉以取笑。明．湯顯祖《還魂記．第二八齣》：「堪笑咱，說的來如戲耍。」《初刻拍案驚奇．卷一二》：「儘有一時間偶然戲耍之事，取笑的話，後邊照應將來，卻像個讖語響卜，一毫不差。」也作「戲弄」。
