提纲挈领

CEDICT

綱，網的大繩。挈，提起。領，衣領。提綱挈領指撒網要抓大繩，拿衣要提衣領。比喻要抓住重點大綱。《野叟曝言．第二一回》：「若夫提綱挈領，則斷推仲景一書。」也作「握綱提領」。
