CEDICT

涓滴，水滴，比喻微小或极少的东西。涓滴归公指即使是极少量的财物，也要上缴给公家。《清史稿．卷二○．文宗本纪》：「然必涓滴归公，撙节动用，始得实济。」形容秉公理财，不占公家便宜。《官场现形记．第三三回》：「真正涓滴归公，一丝一毫不敢乱用。」
