CEDICT

比喻身旁的人儀態華貴，才識超群。語出《晉書．卷三六．衛瓘傳》：「驃騎將軍王濟，玠之舅也，俊爽有風姿，每見玠，輒歎曰：『珠玉在側，覺我形穢。』」也作「珠玉在傍」。
