CEDICT

比喻身旁的人仪态华贵，才识超群。语出《晋书．卷三六．卫瓘传》：「骠骑将军王济，玠之舅也，俊爽有风姿，每见玠，辄歎曰：『珠玉在侧，觉我形秽。』」也作「珠玉在傍」。
