因角质层增生形成的小圆硬块，样子像鸡的眼睛，故称为「鸡眼」。常出现于足趾及足底前端，多因穿着过紧的鞋子或足骨原来就有畸形，使足部皮肤长期受刺激而引起，常因疼痛而影响行走。
