樂器名。流行於我國苗、傜等少數民族的吹奏樂器。將若干竹管分成兩排，插入木製笙斗中製成。每管根部均裝有簧片，靠吹奏時振動簧片發音。蘆笙可分單管、雙管、五管、六管等，以六管最常見。過去多於舞蹈和歌唱時做伴奏之用，現在也用來獨奏。
